Fabio Rehm cf8ee170b9 Add an Ubuntu raring box so we can test lxc 0.9 
Looks like it is working fine, although there's room for improvement
since we can use the output of `lxc-ls --fancy' on 0.9 to get
container's ip, but should be enough to close #54
